Rainbow Living

Rainbow Living is a volunteer-led charity with a Christian ethos, working to provide housing and support for adults with learning and other disabilities.

Rainbow Living enable and promote independent supported living by providing high quality, affordable and specially adapted accommodation in locations across Devon.

Living in a Rainbow House empowers people with disability to exercise choice in their own lives and to have the opportunity to learn life skills such as cooking, cleaning and finances in their own home.  A care provider supports Rainbow Living’s tenants to live full and meaningful lives, to participate in their local community, and to develop in all aspects of their lives.

There are four Rainbow Houses in Devon, each providing accommodation for adults with special needs. Our Rainbow tenants, and their families, know they have a place to live for as long as they wish.

In 2021 Rainbow Living celebrated the charity’s 15th Anniversary.

Rainbow House 4 – Rainbow Living purchased their fourth house in September 2019; the property was renovated to be able to meet the future tenants’ individual and specific needs, and the house opened its doors to the newest tenants in May 2020.
